YOUR ROLE (Leadership + Operations + Sales):
As Assistant Site Manager, you help lead the site day-to-day and set the tone for the team.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
- Deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience.
- Train on product knowledge.
- Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site daily.
- Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations.
- Step in and lead the site in the Manager’s absence.
- Identify issues quickly and take action.
- Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.).
- Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry preferred.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards.
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
- Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.
- Team player.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Fast-paced and active environment.
- Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
- Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand/walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Operate car wash equipment as needed.
